Chef Tylerpaylee had a awesome experience at this location and our meals were very delicious and our waitress kiana showed us outstanding hospitality we greatly appreciate it.

There was long wait after placement of the order. They brought wrong pizza. Customer service was all right, they can improve on that. Finally after 55 minutes later they got us right pizza. It was nice and testy. They could have done better.

The wait for our for was way to long after almost half hour when my mom told waitress to cancel our order we was informed that they had to make dough thats what was taking so long to make our pizza.

If I could give this rating a zero, I would. My family and I have been coming to Deep Creek Lake for 29 years and I have never experienced such terrible customer service. We ordered one order of wings at 4:30 PM to be ready for 7 PM that night. We had 3 of our teenage daughters go pick up the food down the street for us. Not only did they stand there for 30 minutes waiting, but about 20 people got their orders before them. During these 30 minutes, they asked multiple times when the order would be ready, yet were never given a specific time. Once they got our order, they did not acknowledge that they had waited for awhile. Once they got home I called and asked if we would be able to get a discount because of the wait and awful service, and the owner of the shop said, "Well you got your wings, didn't ya?" with an aggressive attitude. I will never be going here again and I recommend you don't either.

Friendly service. Loved the buffalo pizza. Had unique tasting sauce. Garden salad was huge. Lots of food for the price.

A decent pizza spot -- I'm a huge Ledo's fan and was excited to find one around my first time at Deep Creek. The pizza is decent and the service is just alright. No real complaints here, though I'd definitely recommend trying one of the local spots right down the street.

My second online order, first time I gave them a pass ..order was missing some custom orders, now today again , order was missing several custom extras that I was charged extra for. I love ledos salads, but I can't see ordering custom from online orders if no one is going to take the time to check them off. Very dissapointed. One slice of two meats and cheese cut into four pieces, three olives and lettuce is not even up to par . no extra dressing, no extra meat , but was charged and onions were put on another salad that was requested to no onions. $24 for a big letdown..

I was hesitant to take my family to this non-traditional pizza restaurant, but have to say I was impressed. We have picky 10 and 12 year olds that are round-pizza connoisseurs, and we were way past dinner time 2hen we arrived, but this place passed the test.They are known for a square cut, crispy crust, sweet sauce pizza with lots of ingredients to choose from for toppings. The only thing I was not a fan of was the word Ledo used throughout the menu versus the actual flavor or ingredients; if you're from out of town, or a first time visitor it makes you have to ask too many questions from staff that have to answer too many questions before you order. We will be back again!

Great pizza, good service at a reasonable price

In the deep creek lake area, wasn't what we expected. The food was okay, but the service was horrific 😢. Waited a long time to order, other tables that ordered after us were served before us, and the food order was messed up. Would not recommend 😕

Food was good..when busy it is hard to get the waiters attention..but Ferrell that is Norma

By far the BEST Pizza along Deep Creek.

My wife enjoyed the salad, I enjoyed a bacon grilled chicken sandwich. Quick n polite service

We had 4 people get sick after eating here - puking within hours. Pizza was soggy. Salads were white lettuce. Prices aren’t great. No ambience either. Other (better) restaurants you can see the lake from!

Perfect place for apres ski. Unique square cut with a thickly cut of sliced pepperoni on each slice. It took a while to get our order but it was worth the wait.

Two couples, split check, fell under there 18% mandatory gratuity rule because the couple we were with had two children under 2.So, the mandatory tip was nearly $20.Food came out slow.Children's chicken had to be sent back due to still being frozen inside.Only half the table was even offered re-fills.I only ate about a third of my simple spaghetti dinner. The pasta was overcooked. Sauce was ok, but bottom of bowl was full of oily, starchy water. The waitress was still bringing parts of the meal at the same time she was bringing takeout boxes.The previous time we came, we waited nearly an hour for two dinners--and one of the meals was completely wrong! (And only three tables were occupied by customers!)Most of the problem is a "I don't care" attitude from staff. They are almost always hiring for "all positions."This review is for the Deep Creek Lake location.

Pizza was to be done at 636 and I left with my food at 721. When I arrived at 640 I was told it would be just a couple minutes.....

They did a great job on my spring chicken pizza and wings. The biggest downside was the long wait. I was hungry after a day of skiing. Nice people but they set the wrong expectations. I waited 30 minutes for fulfillment of my order.

Everyone really loved their meals. We ordered 4 pizzas..calzones..baked cheese fries with bacon and more! I personally thought the sauce was too sweet for my taste..but I ate the heck outta those fries! Thanks!

Awful service, cold food, waitress touched our cold food we just received, took it back to kitchen and reheated the SAME food she touched!! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

These were the best ledo pizzas I have ever had. Ledo aint cheap, but tonight the quality was there. They were very busy as expected. The major flaw was when I tried to call, it went to voice prompt that only told me times open and goodbye and hung up. I was very mad about that.

I always love going to ledos, it is great... The pizza is pretty polarizing, you either love it (me) or don't care for it (my best friend) but they have such a varied menu, that there is something for everyone there

We went here for a lunch buffet. The pizza was well-stocked with 4 or 5 different variations, in rectangular format. Chicken noodle soup, a basic salad option, and some pasta rounded out the buffet offerings. For dessert they had blueberry pastry. Great value for the $9 we paid!

I am local at the Deep Creek Lake Ledo Pizza. Ordered pizza online on Sat of weekend after July 4 around 5:15. Computer said pick up at 5:50. I was at Ledo at 5:50 and told online times are wrong —my order wasn’t ready. I had put my phone number online and never got a call that the pizza would be late. I waited an additional 20 min for order— I have reason to believe it wasn’t even in the oven til I arrived at store. I asked for crispy and it was really soggy. Last time it came crispy without requesting that. Staff At desk knew kitchen was behind and purposely faced the kitchen rather than face the customers with excuses. This was slow weekend at the lake. I can’t even imagine how long the wait would be on a busy weekend. Now I know why I only order once each summer from Ledo—- !

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if that was possible. The food was not good, and they forgot a couple things that were added onto our meal. I called to let them know that our food was sub-par, and they offered to give me a free spaghetti and meatballs after I just finished telling them that their spaghetti and meatballs was not good at all. Why would I want a free plate of the spaghetti that was gross? 0 stars.

Normally they are 5 Stars but today not so much. First time I got the buffet and it wasn't very good. The pasta was cold and there wasn't much in the pan they did not replace it the entire time we were there. The pizza pans were not kept up with as far as fresh pizza. Some of the pizza was cold it had been out so long and once while we were up getting food they came and cleaned our table off and threw our drinks away. I guess they thought we were done but we hadn't paid our bill it was still on the table. That was another thing our check was brought to us before we had our second trip to the buffet. Guess they wanted us out. Like I said before usually a 5 star but not in their game today.

Great place they have an amazing selection of foods. The meat lovers pizza is so delicious. I highly recommend this place

Good food and service. The Mushroom Ravioli was delicious; however, I would have been more satisfied with a 15 dollar plate with more ravioli. Rather than 10 dollars for 7 ravioli leaving me wanting more and doing math.

Not a huge fan of their pizzas, however I had their new cauliflower pizza & their pepperoni hot honey pizza with bacon & chicken. & I must say they were both very delicious! Hot honey with bacon & chicken is my new go to @ Ledos.

Showed up at 630 on a Sunday evening. This place only had one waitress on duty. It took 40 minutes to get two sandwiches and an order of French fries. When we finally got our food it was dried out from (what i can imagine) sitting under a heat lamp. It appeared that there was a birthday party happening in the back room. What kind of place puts one person on shift at dinner time on a weekend when there's a birthday party??

I have been twice in last four months and still yet to be seated. Ended up leaving both times after 30 min and empty tables in view. Sorry but I stars

Pizza was very good. Just the wait time was to long! And for that I had to give 4 stars!

Food was Okay, service could have been better. My Italian Salad was to have garlic wedges and the server said she didn't think they had them anymore, after I'd asked. She went to the kitchen and about 15 minutes later she came back with a Pita cut in wedges that had been baked, no garlic butter or anything . Just hard and dry. She spent alot of time sitting with another employee laughing and talking pretty loud. My husband got a small pizza and said it was very good. Like I said, the food was okay but just not the best experience. First time there and not the best first impression.

I love the food. it'd be better if it had less grease but other than that, awesome. And the wait staff are friendly as well.
